Specifically this includes having previously demonstrated experience with leading groups &/or organizations either on or off campus; prior involvement with various teams/clubs/etc.; demonstrated knowledge & passion related towards achieving goals that benefit minority populations; & finally upholding standards advocated via an ethical code based upon honesty & integrity among many other prerequisites.
